Potluck block party 2026
Due to the predicted heat and possible thunderstorms for the original date of the block party, we are postponing the party to the rain date:
Tuesday, June 16, 2026
We hope to see you then!
- 5:00-8:00 PM. Drop in any time.
- In front of 46 Euclid (at intersection with Yorkshire).
- Please bring food or drink to share.
- If possible, bring a folding chair.
- Everyone who lives on Burhans, Capitol, Euclid, Normanside, Salisbury, Wedgewood, Wembley, or Yorkshire is invited.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Euclid Ave will be closed to traffic between Capitol and Yorkshire from 3:00 to 8:30 on the day of the event. Please detour to Burhans.

Street trees
Street trees arching over the streets are an integral part of the Normanside neighborhood. Unfortunately, many are being cut down as they reach the end of their lifespan, and more may be cut down in the future to make way for new sidewalks.
